Team Trustis is a group of friends. Individually, they are accomplished lawyers, bankers, accountants, and other professionals. Together, it is a bespoke Team of individuals who have worked closely with financially distressed individuals, small and medium enterprises in different sectors during their distinguished careers. The Trustis team has a firm conviction that, due to the peculiar needs of debtors and nonperforming companies, the tasks involved in unraveling optimal workout are best resolved by a multidisciplinary team primarily of lawyers and finance experts.
When the opportunity presented itself these friends worked together and achieved rare success in leading and actively participating in the acquisition and turnaround of a financial institution in Ghana. During this restructuring, an idea was seeded; Trustis Corporate Restructuring Services Ltd.
Team Trustis holds a strong conviction that every individual or business has a good chance out of distress.
