Senam KALITSI is our Associate Partner. He is a lawyer with an active extended career of over 10 years in the financial services industry in Ghana. He was active in the field as a customer relationship officer, during which time he developed a profound understanding of the banking and finance challenges of personal as well as SME customers. As a credit officer: a role in which he spent most of his time in the industry, Senam worked extensively in debt recovery, debt restructuring, and retail banking support.
He managed many credit projects in various sectors and led teams in all aspects of delinquent accounts portfolio management. He led the development and implementation of retail credit risk management, particularly for early-stage delinquency.
These experiences give him a rare understanding of credit risk which should be useful for credit counterparties. This conscientious and meticulous Partner combines his preference for arbitration rather than litigation, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm in his role. Senam is responsible for tasking and reporting, provides first-line legal advice, case management services, leads arbitration and negotiations, and coordinates our project teams.
